Design
Whether you simply have a theme in mind or you know exactly how you want it to look, our designers will take the time to guide you through the process. We can make your vehicles look as subtle or as eye-catching as you require. Our designers will refine the design based on any suggestions or requests that you may have until you have signed off on a final product. We understand every detail of this highly specialized design process and ensure that the design and branding effectively represents your company, business or product while utilizing the most sophisticated design techniques.

Materials
With each wrap project and every client having their own specific requirements, the correct materials need to be selected to guarantee a successful ‘wrap’. At Bandit, we only deal with the main material manufacturers, and thoroughly test new materials before entering them onto our specified list. We currently use wrap films and high performance self-adhesive materials produced by Avery Dennison and 3M. There are many different suppliers and many different grades of vinyls from calendered to cast with durability ranging from 1 year to ten years. The man in the street wouldn’t know the difference.

Each supplier offers products to suit varying applications, including:

• Easy Remove – Either permanent or removable adhesives
• Conformability – High performance wrap films that will cover every contour of a vehicle
• Printable – Materials that accept various print methods
• Laminates – When extra protection is required, matched laminates are essential

Print Method
We have installed two of the latest full solvent digital printers, Hewlett Packard 9000’s, which produce vibrant, eye catching, photographic quality graphics. Using very durable solvent based inks, printing at a true 720dpi and with the added benefit of a six colour ink set, we offer a print quality that cannot be beaten, and makes our vehicle graphics the best in the business. Coupled with our Roland XC-540 print and cut system and our large format partners, you can see that when it comes to printing, we never have to compromise!

Application
The application and finishing is seen to be the most important part of any successful vehicle wrap. Our highly trained applicators have a special eye for attention to detail and ensure that special care is taken whilst applicating our premium graphics. Bandit’s facilities in Kya Sands provide a dust free, warm environment with adequate lighting. For peace of mind Avery Dennison have approved our printing systems and fully trained wrap applicators, our Platinum status means that Avery back us up and offer performance warranties on our wraps.

Removal
Bandit Signs also offers a vinyl removal service when the life of the media campaign comes to its end.
